When it gets warm out, all I want to wear are loose, flowy dresses (especially now). But sometimes my flowy dresses aren't necessarily appropriate for all occasions. Like this one. The top is a bit revealing (you can view it here), so for work, I threw a Tshirt over top, and was all set.
