At the end of July, my friend Audrianna threw her annual luau, and we were able to make it this year!
We were unable to make last year's party because of the D-Day Reenactment in Conneaut (I wrote about it here and here), but I have to say, Aud really outdid herself for this year's party: Black light paint on everything, inflatable flamingos to hold your beer, tons of food and way too many drinks. We didn't stay super late, but we had a blast! It's always super fun when people get really in to a theme and dress up. It's been a while.
