I've said it before, and I'll say it again: When mixing prints, always look for complimentary colors. I probably could have gotten away with just the dress (worn here as a skirt) and the blazer, but for whatever reason, I needed to add an extra layer via a shirt that has lipstick, nail polish and perfume print on it.

Also, I haven't been able to button most of my blazers for a while now, but I always end up wearing one. Old habits die hard, I suppose.
